If you order any one of our products and decide that it's not entirely right for you, then we don't want you paying for it, even if you have used it!
All you need to do is contact us by email or phone within 30 days of your original purchase, and our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return your product for a refund.
Returns
When returning within the 30-day money back guarantee period, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning item/s.
Please ensure the item/s are returned via a traceable shipping method with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Buyers are also responsible for an import taxes or tariffs applicable to their own country that need to be paid prior to receiving their TWCC purchase.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed only if the product has been deemed faulty or damaged prior to the customer receiving the product.

Eligibility
We offer returns on goods up to 30 days from the date the items were delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging and you must have the receipt, order number or proof of purchase from thewatchcarecompany.com.
The Return Policy applies to online purchases only.
Extended Returns
At TWCC we understand that you may buy Christmas gifts more than 30 days out from Christmas, which is why we offer extended returns over the Christmas period.
Any purchases made between November 1st-December 25th have up until January 25th to return the items in the original, unused condition.
